The Larder, 71 Ladywell Road
The new owners are two local mums,
Cynthia and Katherine. They say: "We are absolutely thrilled to be opening
'The Larder' in Ladywell. Food is our passion. Our aim is to provide customers
with fantastic tasting fresh produce and cupboard essentials, sourced as
locally as possible. We're interested in the way food tastes, what's in it and
how it's produced. We just love good, honestly produced food and hope you do
too. We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely new shop soon."

So who will organise and run the Ladywell Christmas Fair if Cynthia is tied to the deli?

Oh dear. I've been telling people about it and called it "The Pantry". Sorry!
The majority of the 2013 Xmas Market was organised by Jason from Slater & King with help and support from other local businesses and residents. Although still some way off, there are plans for one this year and hopefully The Larder will feature large in these!
